Join us for weekly Tai Chi class with Ya-Li Ho of Fang Association, a certified instructor of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. The benefits of Tai Chi include improvement in physical strength, balance, flexibility , memory, and peace of mind. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water to drink. Weekly registration is not required but encouraged if you would like to receive an email reminder for each class.   This program is sponsored by The Friends of the Hull Public Library.
